Our pasta workshop is hands-on and entertaining, full of tips and tricks suitable for even the newest of budding chefs.

Follow our chef step-by-step through the traditional techniques for making the finest fresh pasta from scratch.

Including tips for working your dough and creating the best mixture, this masterclass will introduce you to all types of Italian favourites – from   farfalle to linguine, fettuccine to spaghetti, orrichiette to strozzapretti.

After all the hard work is done, a hearty pasta lunch is on the menu. Take home fresh pasta to share with your loved ones.
