Every Italian grandchild remembers the day their Nonna taught them how to make pasta! These school holidays, bring your kids along for a day of learning and fun in our pasta lab, rolling dough, shaping different types of pasta and picking up tips for cooking at home.
Our chefs will guide students step-by-step through the pasta-making process and introducing them to all the Italian favourites – from spaghetti to tagliatelle to ravioli.

Afterwards, your bambini will be able to sit down with their friends and enjoy the delicious food they’ve made, with their favourite Barbetta sauce stirred through.
