Tacconi made in the artisan way by Antico Pastificio Morelli, with the highly nutritious wheat germ (the heart of the grain).
Wheat germ is usually excluded from flour-processing to increase preservability. Morelli’s process reinserts the fresh wheat germ to create a pasta full of vitamin E, vitamin D and protein.
Tacconi’s flat texture and rich flavour pairs perfectly with simple sauces like tomato passata or mushroom and truffle oil.
