No one home to sign for your gourmet goodies? No problem! Your courier will leave it in a safe spot or leave a card with instructions to pick up locally. Easy.

Oops, Wrong Address? 

If you’ve entered the wrong address (it happens to the best of us), email us right away before we ship it. Once it’s on its way, though, we can’t redirect it. If it gets sent back, we’ll happily send it again for a $15 fee—payment required upfront.

We know you’re excited to get your gourmet box ASAP, but sometimes life doesn’t go to plan. We work with external couriers, and while we’ll do our best to track it down for you, once it’s in their hands, it’s out of ours.
