Refunds

If your items arrive damaged or faulty (and we seriously hope they don’t!), we’re so sorry! But don’t panic—we’ll get a replacement sent your way, pronto.

Just shoot us an email (gifts@barbetta.com.au) with a photo of the damaged goods and the delivery address within 48 hours of delivery.

Quick note: we don’t do refunds, but we’ll make sure you’re taken care of!

We do not refund or exchange on items that you have changed your mind on.
