All products are sold on a no return for credit basis unless the goods are received in a damaged state or the products supplied are dissimilar to the original order. This includes incorrect products supplied, incorrect quantity or if the products are faulty.
Refunds (if applicable)
All refunds or exchanges in our policy last 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since receipt of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do not refund or exchange on items that you have changed your mind on.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 2-8 Elizabeth Street, Paddington NSW 2021
If your refund is granted, it is your responsibility to return your product to Barbetta. You can either drop this off in store or mail your product to: Barbetta: 2-8 Elizabeth Street, Paddington NSW 2021.
